After another long hiatus, here's a new release. This release fixes a few long-standing bugs, including one that prevented a torrent from being restarted if files had been selected for no longer downloading. The tracker isn't crashing sporadically any more. And some security has been added to super-seed to prevent CERTAIN CLIENTS (*thwaps BitComet*) from leeching important bandwidth.
