MozBackup v1.4.2 - Profil von Firefox & Co. sichern

MozBackup kann Backups der Benutzerprofile von Mozilla, Mozilla Firefox, Mozilla Thunderbird und Netscape anlegen. Es lassen sich Lesezeichen, Erweiterungen, Themes, gespeicherte Formulardaten und Passwörter, E-Mails und Adressbücher über eine einzige Oberfläche einfach und schnell in ein ZIP-Archiv schreiben.

MozBackup v1.4.3 Beta - Profil von Firefox & Co. sichern

MozBackup 1.4.3 Beta released. This version isn't stable - use on your own risk.
This version contains some "new features" and improvements.

Changelog:
- Add: Support for SeaMonkey 1.0a
- Add: You can specify output file format now. See backup.ini.
- Add: Users needn't run MozBackup many times when they need backup many profiles.
- Add: You can specify output directory for backups for every application.
- Add: You can select program or profile by doubleclick.
- Add: Backup of bookmarks backup.
- Fix: Bug with password handling when you restore a backup.

This new version contains support for extensions: Bookmarks Synchronizer, ScrapBook, Tabbrowser Preferences and View Source With. If you want to add support for other extensions, send me please info which extensions you want to add + which files.

MozBackup 1.5 will be complete rewritten. There will be much improvements and some new functions:

* Add support for Mozilla Sunbird
* Add support for Flock
* Add possibility for backup unknown files in profile.
* Automatic backups from command line
* Add logging of backup and restore actions
* New debug mode

MozBackup 1.5 will support Windows only. This decision was made based on vote about this and my bad experience with ZIP library in Java (bad national charsets support). If someone wants, can write nativ Linux version (Mac OS etc.).
