LibreOffice kurz auch LibO oder LO) kommt mit Neuigkeiten - der Version 26.2 : die freie Zusammenstellung typischer Standardsoftware für Bürotätigkeiten wird nachhaltig weiterentwickelt - Zu LibreOffice (LO) gehört eine ganze Menge Programme - solche für Textverarbeitung (Writer), Tabellenkalkulation (Calc), Präsentation (Impress) und zum Erstellen von Zeichnungen (Draw). Ein Datenbankmanagementsystem (Base) und ein Formeleditor (Math).

Die Entwicklung geht gut voran - LO hat mittlerweile sogar schon einem neuen Termin für das 2026 Konferenz im September bekannt gegeben.

LibreOffice Conference 2026 in Pordenone, Italy: LibreOffice Conference 2026 will be organised by PNlug (Pordenone Linux User Group) and the University of Pordenone in the city of Pordenone, on the university campus. The conference will begin on Thursday, 10 September and will end on the morning of Saturday, 12 September with the usual closing session.

vor wenigen Stunden wurde die LibreOffice 26.2 freigegeben. LibreOffice unterstützte nun auch Markdown. Markdown-Inhalte werden so handhabbar - z.B. via Import u. Export. vgl. die die Changelog: ReleaseNotes/26.2. (Links untenstehend)
