Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein ganz kurioses Problem mit Windows Update.
Meine Installation : Windows Vista Home Premium OEM SB

Mir wurden ja schon viele Updates von Microsoft angeboten und alle wurden Problemlos installiert.
Aber bei diesem "WICHTIGEN" Update spielt meine Installation anscheinend verrückt.
Dieses Update lautet:
Sicherheitsupdate für Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0 Service Pack 2 (KB 936181) !!!

Es ist das einzige update was jetzt bereits schon insgesamt 7 mal bei mir installiert wurde (aufgeführt
im Update Verlauf) ! Ja Ihr hört richtig, dieses Update habe ich nun schon insgesamt 7 mal (ERFOLGREICH!!!) installiert und trotzdem wird es immer und immer wieder als fehlendes Update der Update Melde Funktion von Vista angezeigt, immer und immer wieder zeigt mir das automatische Update an : Wichtiges Update vorhanden, ich bin mittlerweile am verzweifeln.

Wer weiß Rat ?

Hallo Zwutz,

ich habe alles so gemacht wie du es beschrieben hast.
Meine alte MSXML4.dll hatte eine Größe von 1.205 KB, die neue MSXML4.dll Datei fast eine Grösse von 1.246 KB und trotzdem meldet die Update Meldung von Vista immer und immer wieder, das KB 936181 als wichtiges Update zur Verfügung steht. Es ist aber jetzt schon 8 mal installiert worden.

Ich bin fix und fertig.
Danke für deinen Rat vielleicht weißt du noch mehr oder ?
