Nerviges bei jedem start

seid einigen wochen bekomme ich stets nach jeden start das hier unter win7 64 ul..
Google ? naja hat nicht wirklich was gebracht oder ich stelle mich .........an.....
Ideen vorschläge wäre dankbar...
