Falls das nicht klappt dann das versuchen:

Ich hab das gleiche Board, allerdings 800er RAM, ab 445 MHz Speichertakt hatte ich auch das Problem, da hat dann mehr NB Spannung gehofen. Bin mir aber nicht sicher ob das am Übertakten von der CPU gelegen hat, ich habs nur mit OC getestet.
