Audacity v1.2.4 (Deutsch) - Audioeditor und Rekorder

Audacity ist ein freier Audio - Editor. Mit ihme kann man Musik aufnehmen, abspielen, Audiodaten wie WAV, AIFF, MP3 im- und exportieren und vieles mehr.
Gängige Operationen wie Ausschneiden, Kopieren und Einfügen (unbegrenztes Rückgängigmachen) sind gleichermassen möglich, wie das Mixen und Hinzufügen von speziellen Klangeffekten, wie Echo, oder Geschwindigkeitsveränderungen.
Das Programm besitzt unter anderem ein Werkzeug um die Amplituden einfach zu verändern (fade-in und -out) und ein einstellbares Frequenzanalysetool. Die eingebauten Effekte sind zur Zeit "Bass Boost", "Wahwah" und ein Lärm- bzw. Rauschfilter; es können aber auch beliebige VST-Plugins gechrieben und verwendet werden.
Damit eine Datei im MP3-Format abgespeichert werden kann, muss zusätzlich die Lame DLL heruntergaleden werden.

Die wichtigsten Features:
     - Live Audio aufzunehmen
     - Kassetten und Schallplatten zu digitalisieren
     - Ogg Vorbis, MP3 und Wave Dateien zu bearbeiten
     - Töne und Dateien zu schneiden, kopieren und zusammenzumixen
     - Die Geschwindigkeit oder Tonhöhe einer Aufnahme zu ändern

Changelog:
- Das Dateimenü enthält nun die zuletzt verwendeten Dateien.
- Die Auswahl "Generiere Stille" fragt nun nach einer Länge.
- Audacity unterstützt nun Vorbis 1.1, welches eine bessere Kompression und Qualität bedeutet.
- Das einfügen von Liedstücken funktioniert nun auch auf Mac OS X und Linux. (Bisher war es nur in Windows möglich.)
- Bessere Support für verschiedene Audiogeräte auf Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger".
- Im "Historien-Fenster" kann man nun alte "Wiederherstellungspunkte" löschen um Platz zu sparen. Dies funktioniert nun auch in Windows, bisher war dies nur auf Mac und Linux möglich.
- "Einstellungen" sind nun im Ändernmenü.
- "Plot Spectrum" ist nun im Analysemenü.
- Das Öffnen einer Projektdatei einer späteren Audacityversion zeigt nun eine intelligente Fehlermeldung, ebenso bei dem Versuch eine Projektdatei zu importieren.
- Audacity wird nun in Visual C++ .NET 2003 kompiliert.
- Kleinere Fehlerbeseitigungen.
- Neue oder verbesserte Übersetzungen: Arabisch (ar), Tschechich (cs), Deutsch(de), Finnisch (fi), Ungarisch (hu), Japanisch (ja), Norwegisch (nb), Slovenisch (sl), Simplified Chinesisch (zh_CN), Traditional Chinesisch (zh_TW).

also Linux, FreeBSD und MacOSX.
Habe es hier auf FreeBSD

Audacity v1.3.0 Beta (Deutsch) - Audioeditor und Rekorder

Audacity 1.3 ist eine Beta Version von Audacity. Diese kann instabil sein, d.h. auch während der Bearbeitung bei Nutzung einer Funktion abstürzen, was zu Datenverlusten führen kann. Desweiteren sind bereits Funktionen eingebaut, die aber eventuell noch verbesserungswürdig sind oder schlichtweg noch nicht endgültig programmiert.Nutzer die eine stabile, ausgereifte Version benötigen, sollten Audacity 1.2.4 nutzen. Sie können Audacity 1.2 und Audacity 1.3 parallel auf einem Rechner installieren.
Audacity ist in verschiedenen Sprachen vorhanden, aber die meisten Übersetzungen sind unfertig. Texte die nicht übersetzt sind, erscheinen in Englisch.

Im Vergleich zur aktuellen Finalversion bietet diese Beta zahlreiche neue Funktionen. So werden nun mehrere Clips in einer Tonspur unterstützt. Weitere Neuerungen:
- Verbesserte Textinformationen
- Neue Auswahlleiste
- Einfacheres Expandieren einer Tonspur
