Eventuell hast du bei der Installation von Diskkeeper die Option "als Standard-Defragmentierer einrichten" den Haken reingemacht/dringelassen!?
Ich verwende zwar O&O Defrag, bei DKeeper wird das wohl ähnlich sein.
Wie sich das im nachhinein ändern lässt, weiss ich bei DKeeper nicht genau.

Das könnt daran liegen, dass das Standard Windows-Defragmentierungstool eine Art Light-Version von Diskeeper (!) ist. Deshalb startet dann wohl gleich Diskeeper, da du hier eigentlich nur Vorteile hast

Diskkeeper schafft es aber nicht, eine Defragmentierung bis zum ende durchzuziehen (außer quick), win-defrag schon.

Dann hilft vielleicht ne Deinstallation (oder Neuinstallation). Anfangen kannst du ja schließlich mit Diskkeeper eh nichts, wenn er nicht komplett defragmentiert
