Jedes Service Pack enthält immer die Updates des vorherigen Service Pack. Daher kannst du bei XP auch das SP2 installieren, ohne zuvor das SP1 zu installieren.

Das gilt auch für Win2K - also einfach das SP4 installieren.

Meinst jetzt beim Windows Update?

Du gehst auf http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ (mit dem IE) und lädst dir dann alle Updates herunter, aber vorher SP4 installieren!

The Network Installation sagte:

Because you can use the Network installation method to install the service pack on multiple computers, and downloading the Network installation files takes a substantial amount of time, Microsoft recommends that you save the files that you download on your computer. This enables you to complete multiple installations, restart the installation, or reinstall SP4 without downloading the files again.

Because downloading these files can require considerable disk space, Microsoft recommends that you save the files to a disk other than your system disk if your computer has more than one hard disk.

After you have downloaded the installation files, you do not need to remain connected to the Internet during the Network installation of SP4.

Ich habe jetzt auf die schnelle nur das SP4 für IT Professionals gefunden... falls es aber das gleiche wie für XP ist, kannste das auch als normaler benutzer benutzen

Nimm die SP4 Network Installation und bei Windows Update die Schnellinstallation
