Ich nutze seit 2007 auf meiner Homepage ein Java Applet „dbApplet von nktSoft“ (leider gibt es die Firma nicht mehr)).

Database Applet

Database Applet is used for display of tabular data on a web site or CD-ROM.
The applet loads a text data file and displays the content in a grid.

Data is cached in an embedded database engine, which makes it very fast and easy to browse, search, filter and sort the data.

Perfect for a small embedded online membership database or product catalog.

Database applet requires a java 1.4 plugin that automatically downloads and installs the first time the applet is loaded in the browser.

No programming or cgi-scripts is needed.

Wer kann mir helfen dieses Applet zu konfigurieren, das es offline auf einem USB Stick nutzbar ist?

Ein Obolus hierfür wäre selbstverständlich drin!
