hi ,
als mein acc deaktiviert wurde habe ich mich sofort ans support von valve gemeldet und habe diesen Text bekommen :

The purchase of the Valve Complete Pack on your account with Visa card ending in 5019 has been disputed.

The credit card holder has claimed that the

purchase was not authorized and is fraud.

The cardholder will need to close the

dispute and have the funds returned to

Steam. If the cardholder is unable or

unwilling to drop the dispute and let the

credit card company know that the purchase

is valid; and in turn have the funds

returned to Steam then we will not be able

to enable the account.

All games on your account are locked to the

account and can not be transferred to a

different account. A different payment

method can not be used for this game, the

money must be returned by the card that made

the original purchase.

We are not able to do anything further with

your accoutn while a credit card dispute is

still pending, please remedy this issue with

the credit card compnay before asking for

the account to be enabled.


Leider habe ich es mit einen Übersetzer nciht verstanden.
Könntet ihr bitte mir weiter helfen was dieser text mir sagen will?

Anscheinend gibt es ein Problem mit dem Kauf vom Valve Complete Pack. Die Nachricht besagt, dass der Kreditkarteninhaber mit dem das Pack gekauft wurde Steam mitgeteilt hat, dass der Kauf(also die Abbuchung) nich autorisiert war und hat anscheined das Geld zurück gebucht...daraufhin haben sie deinen Account deaktiviert.

Also so hab ich das jetzt verstanden...
