Hallo,ich hätte da eine frage an euch und zwar hab ich ein asus a7n8x-x und die haben ja wie bekannt kein dual channel.trotzdem hab ich da was ausprobiert und zwar hab ich dazu das programm cpuZ dafür benutzt.also hab zwei 512rams drin als die rams in steckplatz 1-2 eingesetzt habe hat mir das cpuZ programm eingezeigt das ^channels: single^ angezeigt.dann habe ich die rams umgesetzt und zwar in steckplätze 1-3.und dann stand auf einmal bei cpuZ programm ^channels: Dual^ So das ist auch die grosse frage an euch was von beiden ist jetzt korrekt? oder BZW. welchem kann man von beiden glauben schenken?

ps.hab darauf hin nochmal auf das von eBay ersteigerte board gekuckt und zwischen den PCI steckplätzen steht ASUS A7N8X-X

Das liegt daran dass das A7N8X-Deluxe Double Channel unterstützt aber nur wies auf den bildern zu sehen ist wenn du die gleichen Speicher hast und sie auf den Steckplätzen 1und 3 stecken!!!

alles klar jetzt weis ich das ich die rams richtig drin habe danke.was ich jetzt immernoch nicht weis ist wie ist es möglich bei einem asus A7N8X-X das mir das cpuZ PROGRAMM DANN ANZEIGT das es gerade auf DUAL steht A7N8X-X hat doch kein dual?! kannst du mir das rätsel erklären?DANKE VORAB

Also ich gehe davon aus das das tool einfach nur nach den belegten bänken geht und nicht nach dem modus da es bei normal nForce2 chipsets die bänke 1 und 3 sind für den Dualchannel betrieb und da das A7N8X-X KEIN dualChannel unterstützt wird es trotzdem angezeigt......


Also benchen solltest du mal mmit Sandra oder AIDA da hasste ne schnellere und genauere anzeige!

vielleicht kann man das A7N8X-X mit einem bestimmten bios dualchannel-fähig machen ?
der chipsatz gibts auf jedem Fall her!

nein, das ist nfocre 2 400 chip. der chip der dualchannel macht heißt nforce 2 ultra 400!
