If I do an integration in step 11 and then later decide I want to change it, would I have to start from the beginning with a new source or could I use the same source (not .iso image) and simply change whatever options I wanted? Or does the answer depend on what I wanted to change? For example, if I got a new monitor and/or graphics card, could I change the display settings and then redo step 11 and create a new image or would I have to create a new source and go through the entire process all over again? Or if I wanted to add some more registry files or fonts or add/remove a user account? Those are the only examples I can think of at the moment.

According to my experience it is not needed to start again from scratch, if you want to add a new driver or to change a setting like the user name, but you have to start the XIB again and let it load the already processed source again.
