.net Framework 3.5 Updates Und Programme Streiken unter Vista Ultimate x64

ich habe seit ein paar Tagen folgendes Problem:
Selbst wenn ich Net Framework 3.5 Full aus dem Downloader Center sauge und das installieren will beendet sich die Setup.exe einfach
Hat irgendwer eine Idee?

Aus den Details geht jetzt nur hervor, dass sich eine Komponente des Setups (sitsetup.dll) mit einer STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION (0xC0000005) verabschiedet. Warum das so ist, geht daraus leider nicht hervor.
Welche anderen Programme machen denn noch Schwierigkeiten?

Ich meine das das alle Programme betrifft die Framework 3.0 oder höher verwenden - aber bezogen auf die Setups. Die Fehlermeldung mit Setup.exe wurde beendet sieht immer gleich aus.

Kann sein, dass Du am 2. BreakPoint erneut F5 drücken musst. Momentan hängt er am WOW64 Breakpoint, was normal ist.
Du musst solange F5 drücken, bis Du die Fehlermeldung zu Gesicht bekommst. Erst jetzt !analyze -v eigeben.

Gerade mal bei mir die dotnetfx35setup.exe geladen und ich musste ebenfalls nach dem WOW64 Breakpoint erneut F5 drücken. Erst jetzt wurde die dotnetfx35setup.exe entpackt und die eigentliche setup.exe gestartet.

Entpacke mal manuell die dotnetfx35setup.exe in ein beliebiges Verzeichnis:
dotnetfx35setup.exe /X (in der Dialogbox jetzt das Verzeichnis auswählen).
In diesem Verzeichnis startest Du jetzt die Setup.exe im Debugger in der Hoffnung, dass man jetzt den Crash analysieren kann.
Wenn das auch zu nichts führt, dann mal was anderes ausdenken. Muss ja irgendwie eine Möglichkeit geben, den Grund für den 0xC0000005 zu ermitteln. Wüsste jetzt so auf Anhieb auch nicht, woran das liegen könnte. Meist kommt der 0xC0000005, wenn eine erwartete Komponente fehlt (dadurch NullPointerException), wenn die DEP der Ansicht ist, die Anwendung ist Böse oder der Speicher ist defekt, ein Virenscanner dummes Zeug macht etc.
@MagicAndre1981:
Wie konfiguriert man denn den Debugger für eine Postmortem Analyse bzw. wie richtet man das alles ein, damit ein brauchbares Dump File in so einem Falle angelegt wird? Irgendwie reagiert der Debugger bei mir im user-mode auch etwas seltsam.
