Hallo ihr lieben,
ich habe seit einigen tagen das problem das mein thinkpad t410 ( i5 2,53 4 gb ram)

die dllhost. exe brauch permanent 25% leistung und der explorer lastet nach kopier oder suchfunktionen komplett aus.
das führt dazu das der laptop wegen überhitzung ausgeht.

würde mich freuen wenn ihr mir helfen könntet

Anscheinend hast du irgendwelche Toolbars und Searchengines installiert... die würde ich mal alle deinstallieren und mal einen Virenscanner drüber laufen lassen.

Explorer.exe und dllhost.exe sind Hostprozesse, die andere Dinge hosten. Und ja, das System ist zugemüllt.
Die einfachste Lösung: Den Müll deinstallieren. Etwas komplizierter, aber ausführlicher, kann man es mit Process Explorer machen. Der kann recht gut auflisten, was geladen ist und was Leistung frisst.
