2 = Xp Auf Der Hdd Legal?

Ich habe vor 2x das gleiche XP auf der HDD zu install so dass ich mit 1 XP rum experimentieren kann bis es Schrott ist und mit dem anderen eben alles normal laufen lassen kann. Von MS Seite heißt es ja das die Lizenz nur auf einen PC laufen darf. Ist das legal was ich da vorhabe?

So nicht richtig. Auszug aus der Eula:

Zitat

berechtigt, eine (1) Kopie der SOFTWARE auf dem COMPUTER
zu installieren, zu verwenden, darauf zuzugreifen,

Es wird nicht ausdrücklich anders bestimmt für Privatanwender mit nur einer Lizenz, ergo ist das was du vorhast nicht rechtens, ausser du hast eine zweite Lizenz noch rumfliegen.

ok thx für die Info nehm dann eine andere lizenz hab ja eh genug (10 x home + 4 x pro wovon 13 in verwendung sind und 1 pro übrig bleibt)

in everest steht bei mir bei lizensen 2... heist das das ich die auf 2 rechnern benutzen darf? sry das ich den thread grade dafür missbrauche, passt aba zum thema

Benannter Teil der EULA ist so aber in Dtl nicht gültig. Du kannst Windows XP beliebig oft auf beliebig vielen Computern installieren, allerdings zu jedem Zeitpunkt nur eine einzige Installation verwenden.

Gut gemeint, aber es muss eine deutsche Übersetzung, vor allem wegen deutscher Rechtsprechung geben, da es auch in Deutschland verkauft wird.
Keiner kann dem Kunden zumuten eine englische Eula erst übersetzen zu müssen, jedes Gericht würde ihn freisprechen sollte es keine offizielle deutsche Übersetzung geben und er würde unwissentlich dagegen verstossen, da er des englischen nicht mächtig sein muss.

Rika: hast du auf die schnelle was zum Nachlesen oder ein Stichwort? Muss ich nicht ganz so lang googeln <_<
