- No, there is no "International" version of the WF Update Pack.

- But, Windows itself is "international" enough to accept most (if not all) updates, even if targeted at different locales. Nowadays, most update files are identical but for their file names anyway.

- But that said, the WF Update pack's GUI itself would still be in German. Also, there is a chance that some .NET- and Internet Explorer-related updates might not apply (they should for en-US locale, but I'm not sure about en-GB or any others).

- You could, if the German interface IS an issue, have a look at WSUSoffline which is available in English and which can be configured to download updates for various target languages.
