hey ive offered my services, just waiting for the call.

Hi the solution for you comes late.
Just remove the "Dots" from your folder names through out the directory tree.
ie change "C:\Documents and Settings\Matthew\Desktop\Microsft.Windows.XP.Professional....."
to "C:\Documents and Settings\Matthew\Desktop\MicrosftWindowsXPProfessional....."
or keep it simple and create a folder in a drive root
e.g. D:\Source_XP and D:\Integrated_XP
