Die Entwicklung auf dem KnowledgeManagement-Bereich - sie ist im vollen Gange. Online-Whiteboards (Miro) Note-Taking (Notion) und weitere Produktivitätstools (zb. Confluence, Trello oder Monday) - sind in einem stetigen Entwicklungsprozess
Neu - seit einigen Monaten gibt es AFFiNE - eine OpenSource-Entwicklung die rasant voranschreitet - kpl. Open-Source ist und viele der Kernfeatures von Miro und Notion in ein System integrieren will.
vorweg mal ganz grundsätzlich gefragt: Setzt ihr denn schon Miro, oder Notion ein - oder ggf. Trello!?
Brainstorming - Ideen in Teams online entwickeln: hier ergänzt durch Notion und Trello - zwei Produktivitäts-Tools. Eins vorweg: klar sind die Tools hier z.T. kategorial verschieden - m.a.W. ein Online-Whiteboard ist natürlich nicht mit einem klass. Produktivitätstool (etwa einem kanban-based Trello) vergleichen. Es gab diesen Text mal mit einigen wenigen Whiteboards - nun sind noch mehr hinzugekommen - und eben auch noch Trello u. Notion. hier ein Blick auf die diversen Klassen ... also digitale Whiteboards, Note-Taking-Tools und kanban based Online-Productivity-Tools (wie Trello)...

Conceptboard: Bei Conceptboard ist die Gratis-Version im Featureumfang schon ganz schön: Teamarbeit ist möglich, freies editieren über eine unbegrenzte Anzahl an Boards.
Miro: vorweg: Es hat m.E. die meiste Verbreitung - 15 Mio User - das ist wohl ein Garant für rasche Weiterentwicklung. Hervorzuheben sind die tolle Integration mit Google, Slack, Dropbox, Microsoft Teams uvm.: Preisgestaltung: 1 Benutzer kostenlos (bis zu drei Boards), bei 5+ Benutzer kostet es 8$ pro Nutzer im Monat; Darüber hinaus- ab 20+ Benutzer fallen dann 16$ monatlich pro User an

AFFiNE - FREE, Open Source, Privacy First Monday Notion Miro Alternative:
AFFiNE's goal is to present a comfortable medium for users to create freely and undisturbed, with a return to the natural environment of creation. They aim to minimise interruptions and distractions in the form of modal components like popovers and light-boxes, implementing a modesty principle of design.
