Ich hab mal gehört das es besser für den computer sein soll wenn man den computer einmal ganz ausschaltet und dann wieder anschaltet anstatt einen neustart per windows zu machen.
Ist da was dran oder war das mal wieder nur gelaber?

hat doch nix mit windows zu tun
ausschalten anstatt eines Neustarts wäre ein Kaltstart aber ich glaub das Wort hab ich seid den 90igern schon nichtmehr gehört, wäre rein Theoretisch vielleicht besser als ein Restart im Prinzip aber egal
