Bluescreen Memory Management

Hallo zusammen!

Ich bin neu hier und hoffe durch euch evtl. Hinweise zu kriegen, wie ich mein Problem lösen könnte :)

Ich kriege in Computerspielen regelmäßig (ca. alle 2-10 Minuten) einen Bluescreen. Meistens Memory Management, manchmal auch Kmode exception not handled oder System Service exception. Ich habe auch mein Bios schon geupdatet, weil ich gehört habe dass es daran liegen kann und einige Treiber aktualisiert. MemoryTest hab ich den von Windows auch mal laufen lassen, ohne Erfolg. Vielen Dank schon mal für alle Antworten! Wenn ihr weitere Infos braucht bitte verständlich erklären, wo ich diese finden kann ;)

Hier mal noch ein paar Kenndaten zu meinem System:

Windows 8.1
Prozessor: Intel Core i5-4430 @ 3.00 GHz
Grafikkarte: Geforce GTX 660 Ti
Mainboard: Asus H87 Plus
Festplatten: eine SSD fürs System und eine normale
8 GB Ram

Ich habe auch mal WhoCrashed installiert und laufen lassen, hier die Logs zu den letzten paar Abstürzen:

Kann es sein, das ein ram defekt ist oder diese falsch erkannt werden vom moatherboard, bei OCZ-Rams war sowas häufig ein problem und deshalb gab es mit diesen rams auch häufig die Fehler.

Also: Prüfe deinen Ram mal mit Memtest86 für mindestens 2 Durchläufe. Solltest du mehrere Slots auf dem Mainboard haben, prüfe die verschiedenen Slots einzeln und als Dual-Channel Modus.
Je nachdem wieviele Module du hast.
zB hab ich nach den Jahren Probleme wenn ich meine Riegel in Slot 0 + 2 (DualChannel) habe, aber in Slot 1 + 3 läuft alles.

Also, habe den Memtest86+ jetzt 3 mal durchlaufen lassen, hat keinen Fehler angezeigt.
Die Rams die ich habe sind 2x identische corsair vengeance und es steht hinten drauf: CMZ8GX3MA1600C9, 8 GB (2x 4GB), 262439, 132802657, 1600 MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1,50 V ver8.16

Im Bios konnte ich die 9-9-9-24 Timings nachvollziehen, die stimmen so. und betrieben wird er wohl mit 1300 MHz. Der Rest sagt mir nichts. Gibt's dazu noch was, was ich überprüfen könnte oder kann man aus den dumps was rauslesen, an welchem Treiber es liegen könnte?

Laut der Anleitung meines Mainboards gibt's da recht strenge Regeln in welche Slots ich die Rams einbauen soll. Soll ich trotzdem mal die beiden anderen Slots testen? Habe nun mal nur einen Ramriegel drin und teste mal, ob das System dann vll läuft..

Es ist ein Hardware-Fehler (RAM), kein Software-Fehler (Treiber).

Klar!

Ggf. kann es natürlich sein, dass ein RAM Slot auch defekt ist; das RAM Modul aber völlig OK.

ja also mit nur einem riegel läuft nun alles, scheint also entweder an einem Slot oder einem riegel zu liegen. Danke für die Hilfe :) Werde da nun noch bissel rumprobieren

Es kann auch seien das beide Riegel vollkommen iO sind, ebenso die Slots für einzelne Module.
Nur das er bei den Slots Probleme mit DualChannel hat. Probier halt alles aus.
