Hallo Liebe User des Winfuture Forums,

ich habe seit der neuinstallation meinen Betriebsystems (Windows 7 ) ein für mich riesiges Problem
Beim starten von spielen die über Steam Laufen (aber nicht alle) bleibt mein Computer plötzlich komplett stehen...
die maus bewegt sich nicht und das bild "freezed" (weil es beim starten von spielen also exedateien ja bekannterweise am anfang immer kurz einen schwarzen bildschrm gibt)
Der Computer läuft noch, und die Betriebsgeräusche wie z.B kühler oder Grafikkarte sind noch vorhanden.
ich schätze das es Am System liegt und nicht an der Software da es bei einderen Tadellos funktioniert.

Jetzt kommt das eigenartigste an der Ganzen Sache...
wenn ich auf meiner Tastatur (Saitek Cyborg) auf die "Druck" Taste drücke um z.B einen Screenshot zu machen dan hängt sich der Pc GENAUSO auf wie bei den spielen nur das der Bildschirm in dem Moment eben den Desktop anzeigt.

Was ich schon versucht habe:
DirectX neuinstalliert (direct x 11,10 und 9
Bios Geupdatet ( neuste Version leider von 2011)
spiele neu installiert.
Anderer monitor
Spiele im Kompatibilitätsmodus ausgeführt (Windows XP SP3)
Spiele als Administator gestartet


Ich bin im Moment ziemlich am Verzweifeln weil ich ein Großer Fan der Prototype reihe bin und mir das Spiel mit viel vorfreude vorbestellt hab um zu erfahren das es nicht Funktioniert >.<

Ich hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe und wärefür einen nützlichen Ratschlag sehr Dankbar )

Wen du das Log hier: http://hijackthis.de/ eingibst siehst du was gut und was schlecht ist.

Mir fällt auf den ersten Blick auf dass du nie die benutzerdefinierte Installation wählst sondern immer nur "okay" und "weiter". Es empfiehlt sich immer genau zu lesen was da alles installiert werden soll.

grad wollte ich antworten ist es mir wieder abgeschmiert -.-

Ich wollte mir aus langeweile mal wieder mein gta4 installieren..
Installation ohne Probleme verlaufen und dann kam die prüfung des veröffentlichungsdatums..
das ist sowas wie ein kopierschutz indem das programm per internet prüft ob das spiel gekauft worden ist und ob es ein gültiger cd key war

und da ist wieder das gleiche passiert wie oben beschrieben >.<
ich komm langsam wirklich nichtmehr klar

kannst du mir den vielleicht sagen was ein "TU" ist ?

welches Backup meinst du den ?
hat TU ein automatisches Backup bei der Installation gemacht oder hab ich da was falsch verstanden

Das weiß ich nicht ob eines erstellt wurde. Allerdings sollte man immer eines erstellen bevor an wichtigen Systemdateien gebastelt wird. Es muss ja auch gar nicht daran liegen. Eventuell klemmt es auch an der Kühlung. Da gibt es verdammt viele Möglichkeiten.

Aber wieso bleibt der Computer den dan bei einem druck auf "druck" stehen ?
ich hab mal gelesen das es an der RAM liegt da die Screenshots ja im temporären speicher gespeichert werden und das Problem vielleicht damit was zutun hat...
aber das erklärt imemrnoch nicht warum das problem nur bei manchen spielen auftritt..
Battlefield 3 funktioniert z.B einwandfrei

Na wenn TU beispielsweise der Meinung ist was am temporären Ordner zu ändern und irgendwelche Einträge in der Registry verändert dann kann es dazu kommen dass der PC dann abschmiert. Kann beispielsweise sein dass deine Tastatur irgendwelche Zusatzprogramme installiert hat und TU die Einträge da verbogen hat und es deswegen zum Crash kommt.

Deinstallier mal als erstes Tune UP.
Und wenn du langeweile hast, dann lad dir mal MemTest86+ und teste den RAM mal. lass das programm mal über nacht laufen. Ich bin mir aber fast sicher, dass das ergebniss negativ verlaufen wird und sage auch, dass TuneUp schuld ist!
