Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich hoffe ihr könnt einem unbedarften Gelegenheitsbrenner helfen. Ich habe schon Google bemüht, aber bislang wenig hilfreiches zu meiner Frage gefunden. Außer das jedes zweite mal bei Brenn-Problemen "Kauf dir einen neuen Brenner" geraten wird.

Aber kurz zu meinem Problem: Mein Sohn studiert Film im Ausland und hat im Rahmen seiner Abschlussarbeit mit seiner Projektgruppe einen Film gedreht, den er mir auch direkt zur Ansicht auf DVD zugesandt hat. Nun wollte ich ihn für meine Lebensgefährtin kopieren und habe (wie schon öfter in solchen Fällen) eine Kopie mit Nero Recode machen wollen, um die DVD dann auf einen einlagigen Rohling zu brennen. Leider bricht er beim Brennen ständig ab, obwohl das Recodieren, etc. einwandfrei funktioniert. Seit ich das gestern probiert habe, kann ich auch keine andere DVD mehr brennen...wobei ich nicht vermute das der Brennversuch hier der Auslöser des Problems war.

Vor 2 Wochen jedenfalls funktionierte mit meinem Rechner das Recodieren und Brennen einwandfrei. Ich nutze Win 7 (64-Bit) und die vorinstallierte Nero-Software. Um was für einen Brenner es sich handelt, kann ich nicht genau sagen, da er bereits in dem Rechner verbaut war. Mit den einlagigen Panasonic-Rohlingen hat das Brennen in den letzten 2 Jahren nie Probleme gemacht.

Danke ersteinmal für die schnelle Antwort.

Das mit dem ausgeschalteten DMA wundert mich auch...im Geräte Manager habe ich das extra nachgesehen und da steht sowohl bei der HDD, als auch beim Brenner unter dem entsprechenden SATA-nforce-Channel das DMA aktiviert ist. Auch die eigentliche Geschwindigkeit beim kopieren von Dateien, etc. spricht dafür. PIO wäre ja doch sehr langsam. Software update ich jetzt erstmal und die Hardware-Infos reiche ich morgen wohl einmal nach.

Habe es auch nochmal mit einem alternativen Rohling und 4x Geschwindigkeit probiert, aber da startet der Brennvorgang erst gar nicht und Nero zeigt einen Energiekalibrierungsfehler oder etwas dergleichen an. Hier nocheinmal das zweite Log:

Was mir vielleicht doch auf einen Laufwerksdefekt hindeuten könnte ist eben die Tatsache, dass vor 2 Wochen alles tadellos funktioniert hat und ich an meinem Rechner keinerlei Änderungen vorgenommen hab. Ich glaube er lief nicht einmal. Und plötzlich geht brenntechnisch nix mehr. Ins Bild passt auch, dass er sich kürzlich 1-2 mal an DVD's verschluckt hat, sprich diese nicht auslesen wollte.

Das sind normale DVD-Files: .vob, .bup, .ifo. Solche habe ich schon einige male anstandslos mit Nero Recode verarbeiten können.

Chipsatztreiber sind alle installiert, wenn auch mit Sicherheit nicht ganz auf dem neuesten Stand. Aber da bisher alles einwandfrei mit diesen Treibern lief, fand ich das auch (noch) nicht notwendig. Was genau ist denn ein ASPI-Treiber und wie finde/update ich den?
