Same problem here. It has nothing to do with switches and it's really random.
First add goes always fine but after that I usually have to try over and over for several times before the new one goes to the list (usually over 10 times:/ not very practical). From my experience its totally random when the program qualifies the entry.
So .. you can have as many programs as you want to integrate on the list but it will take lots of time and patiance :/

It should be disabled while working with a tool like XIB.

I think there is a bug or something.
You can add as many applications as you want only if your selected language is german !
It would be nice to get a fix for that.

WinFuture obviously is preparing a new version of its XP-ISO-Builder.
I will add your findings into their "wishes list".

But there is no new version :-/
There are two solutions:
1st (takes a lot of time):
I Integrate 1st app, save profile, close XP-Iso-Builder
II Run XP-Iso-Builder again, load Windows source, load profile, integrate second app and do rest of point (I)
III Repeat points I and II until end of apps to integrate
2nd:
I Do all of point I from first solution
II open in notepad/vim/etc. saved profile, lern how XP-Iso-Builder store information about apps integration and do it manually.
greetz.
